Trafficmaster Cerimica for a rental?

I have used Trafficmaster Cerimica from Home Depot for my own home. Its a groutable laminate stick down tile that looks very good. Its easy to replace individual tiles and grout in a matter of minutes. Has anyone had experience with this in rentals? Just looking for pros and cons. I will be installing in an 1925 building for some insight.

Thanks in advance,
