Pro Flippers: Is your online marketing getting you deals?

Without giving away any proprietary info... Surely Adwords and Craigslist are probablly in your mix.  Are they working for you to get good deals from distressed sellers?

May I ask what a sufficient monthly budget is to get a deal on adwords?

For adwords:

Avg. cost per click?

Avg. cost per lead?

Appr. cost per deal?

Time frame to get a deal on avg.?

For Craigslist:

Bandit style ads "we buy houses" ... how many to post/day?  Time frame to get a deal on avg.?  I see others doing it and assume it must work... maybe consistency is key.

Don't know if I'll get and bytes on this post...

I'm still new and kinda spinnin my wheels here.  Nothins happeinin for me yet.  Alone in my office staring at the phone, it's very quiet... i hear the whir of the computer fan... damn it's quiet.  What's that?  Oh it's just a bird outside.  Double damn. :(
