Meeting with RE Agent - what to ask for flips and B&H?
We looking for deals to rehab and flip or to buy & hold. I have set up a meeting with a RE agent and am curious if anyone has any advice for us. I would love to know what questions to ask the agent and what guidelines to give her to increase the chances that she will know a deal when she sees one. Thanks!!
