Best Retail Strategy
About to start a rehab on a 2 bedroom ranch with a basement in Cincinnati. The basement has a few leaks but has a full size window that would make adding a 3rd bedroom pretty easy. Some windows are newer and some are very old. Roof has a few years left but not excellent. HVAC is OLD but functional. Any thoughts on the best strategy to approach this? Is it better to do as little as possible (not add bedroom, leave roof, leave windows, leave HVAC) OR go for it and do everything and make the house shine?
