Hello BP,

My name is Blake and I am looking for any available General Contractors that you would recommend on the Durham area. I have a couple of possible rehabs, both around $110k-140k ARV. Organized, honest, reliable, does business with integrity and straight forward or to the point...I know, pretty hard to find. I can provide additional info on request. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have a great contractor who I'm meeting with tomorrow. I know he has ongoing projects but I will ask him if he will be available to take on work. What's the best way to get in contact with you?
