Hello Before i buy anything by end of the year, I want to know who is on my team to rely on with expertise and knowledge in Providence, Pawtucket, Cranston, north providence area of Rhode Island. I am wondering if any one can refer me to any of the following?. 1. Real estate focus lawyer 2. Contractor( per subcontractors task with different jobs then relying solely on one company )- 3. Electrician 4. Plumber Question: What is the best way to vet services or companies I would like to work with?, any process or list you would recommend? Besides 3-5 multiple bids per job.
