Flipping in an expensive market???

Hey everyone, my name is Riley and I am interested in getting into flipping homes for a living in the future. I am currently living in in a place where the median home price is around the 400k area and a 1000 square foot 3 bedroom home in a reasonable location usually cannot be found for less than 200k. There are not many people that i know of in my city who make a living flipping homes so i am wondering how feasible it is. Does anyone on here flip houses in a similar market?
