I have a home in 30032, that I am about to start renovating. I wanted to do a master bedroom master bath addition. My first estimate was insane. I had a mini heat attack and wondered how this person got this insane estimate. I am currently waiting on another guy since 2 days ago to get back to me with an estimate. I am looking to start the work immediately. Anyone have someone in this area that Isn't pulling prices out of thin air?
