Plumbing help!!

One of my units recently got inspected by the city and I got a fine for doing plumbing without a permit. I was only going to replace the cabinets and some drywall. The city didn't tell me what's wrong with my plumbing but all they tell me is to call a plumber.

Did you remove the sink, dishwasher, stove, etc?  That may count as plumbing work in your area.  Call two plumbers and have them look at the work.  Get them there at the same time so they know they are competing against each other.  Comply with the City fast, or they may start looking around for other things.
