Appliances in flip house on Circleville Ohio
We are about to close on a house we plan to fix and flip. It's a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with a basement, 1200 sq. ft., on a nice street in Circleville, a small town....B class class. The ARV is at $125,000 - 140,000. Will it add enough to the appearance and value to go to the expense of putting new, stainless appliances in?

I think it does help. I suggest very inexpensive stainless appliances. If you work on getting discounts you can get range, fridge, DW, and microwave for under $1,500.
Then you can sell the suite of appliances that can with it to make back some of that.
