Found a Great Deal but No Contractor
Hi, Since 2009 I have successfully flipped 4 houses using the same reliable contractor who does great work. Due to the market being a little tighter for quite some time now, I have not been able to find a good deal until today. It came on the market today and my wife and I went to look at it. All the numbers seem to line up for a good return but when I got home to call my contractor as well as 2 other recommended contractors, they were all swamped with work and could not get to my project for at least 3 months or not at all since 2 of them stopped taking on large renovation jobs. I am a cautious investor and I know this property will not last and I am torn as to what to do. Please help.
