Picked up 6 properties last week. We are keeping 2 of them, including our first apartment complex. We started the clean outs on the other 4 this week so they are ready for the rehab crew to work their magic. I love bringing places back to life and helping revitalize properties the communities we live and work in. We are starting up a second crew next week to keep up the pace we need. Excited to keep the business growing. These are the first 4 flip deals we have used investor funds on - up to this point we have used our own cash. It's more fun when someone else is as excited about the project as you are!
