Flipping in North Dallas

Hello everyone,

I am new Pro member to the BiggerPockets family and wanted to see if I can get some advice or information. Does any know a good and credible wholesaler in the North Dallas area? I have talked to a couple of wholesalers who have sent me a few properties that are not profitable and I even run the risk of losing money (used to BP flipping calculator) if I were to move forward. It almost appears as if they are giving me the properties that can not unload. Any suggestions on how I can find a wholesaler in my area. Thanks!
