Hey Guys, Although I've been a member of BP or quite some time, I have really taken full advantage of the site like I should. Just a little about me...my name Is James and I have been a real estate broker in Northern NJ for the last 10yrs and I have enjoyed myself during the this time. I have closed residential and commercial deals and have a great deal of knowledge in both including property management. However, I figured now is the time to make that transition from broker to INVESTOR so I partnered with my business partners and we are making strides toward our goals. I love to learn as I will always be a student of the game and on the same token I have extreme knowledge especially when it pertains to Northern NJ (Essex, Passaic, Hudson, and Union counties).
