Wholesaling Education?

Hello!

My girlfriend and I are new to the world of Real Estate and Investing in general.  We do not have a big cash pool so based on our reading we feel we would be best served getting our feet wet with Wholesaling deals, but we would really like to find some educational material or coaches to hand hold us through the process.

Does anyone know of a good person or program to learn from?  We live in Dallas Texas if this is pertinent.
