Newbie Rehab mistake
Hi Guys - I would appreciate if you guys can give me some advice.
As a new investor on my first rehab i made following mistakes.
The GC rewired and put in panel board without using licensed electrician and without any permits
New plumbing without using lic plumber and any permits.
The house is about to be ready in a week.
What is my best course of action.
