Public or Private?
I am looking at a new project for fix and flip. This house is a 5 bed, 2 bath. Three of the bedrooms and one bathroom are ground level. Two bedrooms and 1 bath room are on the lower level (finished basement).
I like to have a private master bath. With the master bedroom on the ground floor would you make that the main floor bath 1) private for the master suit 2) add a second entrance so you can access from the hallway and master suit or 3) leave as is with access from the hallway only?
Adding a 3rd bath would be too expensive. Kitchen and access to the house are on the ground floor.
Thanks!
