First Flip Stories!

Hey Everybody,

I am a college junior getting my studying for my degree in finance and hoping to pursue a career in real estate/development. I know it all starts somewhere and I would love to hear how you guys went about your first flips! Me and a friend of mine are considering flipping a house over the summer to gain some experience and see how it goes.
