Hello All, I'm in the process of being gifted a piece of property. What steps are needed to take over property? Do I just head to the title company? Relative no longer wants the property but says I must do everything to secure it.

Good title company should be able to secure it for you or guide you in what you need to do to make it happen. Start there. Also, think of a nice "thank you" gift for your relative!
