Post-Closing Gift for DIYers?

So my girlfriend and I are closing on our very first property in the next two weeks and we plan to put some elbow grease into this place before we rent it out. I would like to get her a small "new homeowner's" gift the day we close. Any suggestions?

Since we will be working on the home (painting, cleaning, rehabbing bathrooms, etc) I was thinking some type of tool she may be using. Right now I obviously have all the tools, but to get her her own hammer or 5-in1, or something similar is what I am thinking.

Anyone have a better idea?! Nothing too expensive, but something thoughtful!

Not a tool per se and I know a lot of this info can be found online, but I think this is a great resource for a novice.  I use mine all the time.
