Darren, I have fixed 3 houses and purchased 2 others. One I wholesaled and double closed on.  I liked it so well I started educating on other tactics and have decided to wholesale and cherry pic my deals with less work to fix n flip. I started marketing for off market deals 4 weeks ago and wrote 3 contracts with 1 or 2 more potential deals I'm looking at tomorrow. 2 of them are option to purchase agreements. One will expire soon and the numbers work they say but I've been told the area will take longer to sell so I have had no takers with my investor list. I guess it was a lesson learned but was worth a shot. The other option deal I think I can get sold but My phone is starting to ring from new marketing that just hit and I'm afraid I can't get some of these deals sold quick enough. I'm use to buying them 1st but I don't have enough money to buy them all. I just don't want to not convert these deals I'm getting. I know they're good enough or I wouldn't do them. I wish I had a big fish on the hook that would take a bunch of deals so I don't lose many. Maybe that comes in time when more investors no me and trust what I'm getting. I'm curious if there is a big company that might have interest? Do you know any? What advice do you have for me at this stage. I feel like I'm on a path of more and more opportunities and I just want to monetize them at a hi percentage. Any help would be great.
