First Flip
I am looking to get involved with real estate investing by looking for possible homes to flip. I actually am going to see a potential home this week and am looking for advice for things to look for when walk through the home. What are some of the signs of a good flip or a bad flip? I know this house is not in the best condition so I don't want to get in over my head for my first flip. Any advice will be very appreciated.
