Stained concrete instead of hardwood or tile in Florida

Good morning BP,

I haven't posted very much on here yet, however been reading and following many members.

We are about 30 days out from the closing of our first investment property and I am starting to make some plans. I have been thinking about what type of flooring I wanted to use and how much it would cost me. Then stained concrete popped in my head. Has anyone ever done it before and sold the house? What were the reactions of the homebuyers?
