Might be a silly question but looking for best general clean up products you keep in your cleaning box.

Specifically

Tub and shower cleaners - Wanting to really see if something is salvageable or just needs to be refreshed. 

Floor Cleaning Products - Whats Best for tile, linolium etc

Thought process is to give a contractor a better look to see if they have to bid to replace or bid to refresh.

Replace. I use zep degreaser and goof off. Goof off has many product lines now, haven't even tested them all. They're smelly but good, I do goof off then finish with citrus degreaser.
