I am in the process of purchasing a small SFR in the Los Angeles county. I want to add a bedroom and a bath room totaling 600 sqft in the first floor and put it for renting. I want to know how much it will cost approximately to add 600sqft ( 1 bed room and 1 bath room) single level. This house is primary for renting out.
