Hello BP,

How come there is not a field for purchase price? My purchase price kept coming up wrong in report. Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks in advance.

How much you should purchase the house for is based on the other figures you enter in.  In other words, you don't determine the purchase price, the numbers do.  If you have negotiated a lower price than what the tool tells you your purchase price is, you can adjust your profit, or add more into your contingency for rehab costs (this is where I tend to apply it).  Hope this helps.
