Hello, Well to start Im totally new to the flipping game. Probably have answered my questions on other threads/forums a million times before but Im new and fresh to the site so want to start a new and fresh thread. In a short summary O have a relatively small construction co and a friend of mine does as well. We have found an investor and a few properties and are planning on using the 70% rule for buying. My credits rough which is why we will be using an investor. Our plan is to get paid weekly which is to be deducted from profit, then my working partner and I will be splitting 50% of profit and investor will receive 50%. Were very new so any advice or help would be greatly appreciated. I will be updating and adding to the post as I proceed. Thanks a million
