Looking for wholesale deals in South Denver

Hello,

I am a real estate agent the Denver, CO area. I am reaching out because I have two investor clients that are looking for some possible wholesale deals in the Aurora and Parker, CO areas as well as other South Denver areas that they could flip. They are currently only looking at the MLS for deals which are tough to find. I suggested to them some other ways to find deals that they are currently looking into. In the meantime, I thought I would post on here and see if any of my fellow BP friends have any available.
