Greetings Bigger Pocket community. I am new to this forum and am enjoying all things Bigger Pockets. I am seeking any advice or direction in finding a contractors/ crew for a simple flip in the Los Angeles area. I am located in North Hollywood and having trouble finding the right team and or guy to help with the work.
