I am looking to start looking in the Stl areas but I do not have a clue of where to market or areas to flip. It's kinda of crazy I was born and raised in St. Louis but I started my real estate career in Memphis and know this market better. Can someone please reach out to me in guide me to the right area it will be much appreciated.
