New investor looking for a advise
Hi,
I am a new real estate investor and who is looking for advise from the gurus here. To start with i am looking to f purchasing and maintaining some rental properties and purchasing and flipping investment properties for profit.
And i am interested to open a small LLC(not sure to go with LLC or S corp though) to carryout above activities for tax benefits and personal protection.
I would request you to let me know which is the best state to start an LLC/S corp with low fees,taxes , business friendly laws and owner protection.
I might take the help of professionals for initial setup and maintenance as i am new to this field but eventually i will maintain it myself so looking for safe,business friendly state with low fees,taxes.
Also please let me know if i can carry out all the above mentioned activities under single LLC/S corp(Although i have only one rental property for now and flipping is my priority) ?
