Hi I'm new to BP and looking to do my first flip in Pittsburgh PA I've been looking at Morningside, Mt Washington and Bellevue. I have been working with an agent that does not seem to have the knowledge I'm seeking. Can anyone refer a investor friendly Real Estate Agent please?
