Rehabbing Quick and easy

I have been a real estate investor for 20 years and have gotten pretty good at rehabbing local properties here in the Saginaw Mi area. The key is to make them look great for litte money. I have a small crew that can knock them out quickly. Our home prices have bottomed out and are slowly starting to go back up. Rents have stayed virtually the same so a lot of out of state investors have been buying these homes. Does any one know how I would get ahold of these investors to see if they would be interested in having these homes rehabbed? Roger
