The first flip is the hardest

I would greatly appreciate any advice on finding investors for flips and/or buy and holds.  I had everything all set, but the investors I was working with were just too slow to move and I wasted so much time on some fantastic deals. There are potential flips aplenty but funding has become a huge issue. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If the deals are good, why not wholesale them?

Have you talked to hard money lenders? 

Have you asked friends/family?

Have you considered crowdfunding?

Do you know any other investors who would be willing to partner with you and bring the cash?

Do you have any experience?  This is going to greatly contribute to your ability to raise private money...
