I bought a list from US Leadlist for inheritance leads, about 125 of them.  I will continue to buy leads every three months and build that list over time.

I am looking for wholesale deals, fix and flip and fix and hold.

Since the area covers a lot of geography, hours of driving from me.....would this be virtual wholesaling?

How will I find out the value of the ARV? What it's worth as-is, without going to see it?

Call me crazy....

You can search up the address of the property on Zillow and get a good idea of the ARV from the "Recently Sold" properties around yours.
