Hi, I have a small 1-story Single Family home (3 BR, 1 BA, 925 sq ft) I just took possession of in Columbus OH (south side) and need a trusted rehabber that understands the local rental market. Needs roofing repairs/paint/sheetrock/flooring work. Would like to turn into a clean, safe rental property - VERY QUICKLY. If you need work and can start within the next 10 days, please reply with your company name and/or number. I would like all bids by Friday October 9, 2015 please! Thank you.
