Good afternoon all,

In my quest to make my life easier I was searching to see if there was anything on the net to help me manage my rental homes. I came across a site, www.roorah.com and wanted to know if anyone has used this service?

It says I can list for free, ok cool I get that. No problem I dont mind that. They offer some other tools, repair tracking, storage, etc.. All sounds fine. But what I really wanted to know was, has anyone used their paid services? They asked me if I wanted to pay for them to handle all my marketing,  phone calls and emails on my vacant house. They claim to be an assistant of sort and even schedule my open houses (I have to tell them what days I want to be there for this)... Then when all said and done I can have them qualify and run credit checks as well.

it all sounds good, but I would rather know if anyone has any experience before I try?

Thanks all....

Jeff
