Financing
What is the best way to finance a house flip? Is there an advantage to invest with all cash opposed to getting a loan?
Ideally you trying to hold the property for a few months. What are the disadvantages of doing a loan vs cash buy?

If you can do a flip with all cash, that will definitely save on your holding costs. Other than that, a private loan or creative financing are the best ways. Hard money can work for sure, but it's expensive.
