first flip dilemma

1. Just found my first possible flip can get a really good deal on the property. only problem is property has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. I personly think it's hard to sell without an additional bathroom. Would it be too much to add additional bathroom or is that too big of a project for a first flip.
