Finding an Investor

I work as a real estate agent.  And i know that I can go to Auction, pick up a deal, and flip the property for a profit.  I have the connections to search the title of the property, list the property, do comparables on the property, and also know which contractors to contact.

How do I find an investor who does not have the time but is willing to put up the money?
