variations in paint

The original interior paint was Dunn Edwards cottage white, 15 years ago.

Home Depot is a lot cheaper than DE, is the paint color going to be the same? I would be using Behr paint, taking a chip with me to match.

Will it be close enough, even if not exact? The entire wall would be not necessarily be painted, but there are large areas that need covered--freshened...

There are some areas that I was told needed kilz. Apparently the bedframe had rubbed long, wide black marks on the walls. Will primer or paint cover them, and prevent bleedthrough?

Thanks. ofgift
