I've been getting leads thru my marketing for higher end houses ($200k+) in Kansas City & Lees Summit Missouri, and wanted to see who is flipping in this market & price range? I'm looking for an experienced investor to partner with, or to wholesale these deals to. I've focused on bread & butter rentals with ARV's $80-$100k so far.
