getting started

Hello all I would like all the advice I can get in getting started with my first flip.  I feel I am ready to get started.  My most Important question really is aimed toward those who have gotten to a level where they have systematized there processes and have had the mistakes and successes.  It is said that a successful person can lose it all and get it right back much quicker because they have learned from their successes and failures and can now take the least path of resistance. If you were in my shoes and just starting out with very little money, how would you get to the point that you are at now?  Please make your response as nuts bolts as possible.  I want to be student of your success.  Thank you in advance!
