NJ bulk sale law
Hey everyone,
So I just finished my first flip and have it under contract with a buyer. The buyer's attorney is asking me to fill in an "Asset Transfer Tax Declaration" form. A couple of question to the NJ flippers out there:
1) Do I really need to fill this in? The bulk sales law seems to be a little murky for rehabbers.
2) If yes, can I do it myself or do I need an accountant?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kris
