Adding value?
Hello BP community! My wife and I recently bought our first house (investment property) a possible flip or rental. I am in the process of prioritizing a few projects and would love some feedback. Will adding gutter guards to the home increase value, or should I stop being lazy and keep doing it myself?
My thought was increase value of we flip, minimize workload if we rent?! Cost of project is super low 35 bucks a month zero percent....
