Hello,  I have been renting houses for about 10years.  Recently I have sold my retail business and now I am ready to branch out to investing in real estate by buying houses in auctions and flip.  I am seeking helpful information.  The location I am interested in are southern Maryland, Prince George and Anne Arundel County,  Maryland.  Thank you.
