First Miami Flip - Need Some Help!

Hi Everyone!

I'm new here and want to learn from everyone as much as possible. I'm thankful there's a community like this full of helpful people!

A little about my RE experience: I bought my first house as a short sale back in 2010 in Miami. Did a full gut and rehabbed the entire place to what it looks like now. It is a single family house which I currently live in. I kinda fell in love with the process of fixing up something and giving back to the community a nice livable house!

I am now looking to do my first flip in the Miami area and need a bit of help.

I was working with a realtor who was helping me find properties worth flipping, ones that needed work and were under the market value compared to the comps. Long story short, the realtor has to many clients and doesn't follow up at all.

I need references from those in Miami on the following:

1. A good source of single family houses for flipping

2. A local bank, investor, or a hard money lender that can finance the deal. I have about 60-80k to put into the property. My current business makes money but my expenses put me at a loss on the tax returns. So the lender has to finance the deal with either no proof of income or by only looking at my business bank statements.

All your help is very much appreciated!
