Sunroom Addition - Weird Layout

Hi all.  I am looking at a foreclosure to buy, fix, and rent.  It is a foreclosure and it has a sun-room that I am unsure what to do with.  It has a big cellar door right in the middle of the room.  Best case scenario would be to convert it to a bedroom.  Is there anything creative to be done to this space?
