We've never flipped a Luxury Home
Hey!
We have an 8000 sq ft luxury home under contract. We've never worked with a house like this. What are some tips for updating a million dollar home?
Thanks,
KaeCee

If one of you is a realtor, I suggest visiting every target price home in the area that is currently for sale. I also suggest looking at the MLS for sold properties for the 12-18 months and see what the pictures show and what is described, paying attention to what sold and didn't sell for the asking price. Also look for any price drops and try to determine why those didn't sell for the original price.
I'd talk to any realtor that does luxury homes in the area and find out what they think a home needs. Be aware they might say a home needs more than it would actually need, since they are not the ones paying for the upgrades.
