Team,

I need some advice.  I recently (1 week ago) acquired a single family home 4BR / 2 bath foreclosure that I am going to flip.  We are in the early phases of rehabbing it.  I had a couple stop today and want to purchase it already.  We verbally agreed on a purchase price.  They are in the process of selling their home. How do I proceed?  Do I use allowances for upgrades?  What type of contract do I need?  I am going to speak to my attorney on Friday.  Thanks for any input.

Mike
